To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand) or the amount you paid us for the specific matter giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramexa Technologies and its proprietor, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions, the courts of Kota, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms.
11. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours. Neither party is liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
