DevOps Consulting & Engineering
Automate software delivery and infrastructure with CI/CD, IaC and robust release automation.
What we do
Delivery problems are usually process problems wearing a tooling costume, so we look at how work actually moves before introducing anything new.
CI/CD Pipeline Design
Pipeline design using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins, chosen to fit where your code and your team already are.
Infrastructure as Code
Terraform and CloudFormation using modular, reviewable patterns that survive team growth.
DevSecOps
Security gates, automated scanning and policy-as-code applied inside the pipeline rather than after release.
Release Strategy
Deployment strategies, rollback paths and release governance that make shipping routine.
Platform and Self-Service
Internal platforms and templates that remove repetitive setup work from developers.
Team Enablement
Documentation, runbooks and hands-on enablement so the team operates the pipeline confidently.
Common challenges
Delivery problems are usually process problems wearing a tooling costume. We look at the process first.
- Pipelines that are slow and flaky, so teams route around them
- Manual steps that quietly gate every release and become the real bottleneck
- Infrastructure changed directly in the console and never captured in code
- Build systems that nobody fully understands but everyone depends on
Our approach
We assess the current delivery path end to end, including where time is actually spent, and resolve the constraints that matter before introducing any new tooling.
We leave behind documented, owned pipelines rather than a system that quietly depends on one person knowing how it works.
Technology
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker and Kubernetes.
FAQ
Which CI tool should we choose?
We recommend based on where your code already lives and what your team can operate. GitHub Actions fits code on GitHub, GitLab CI fits code on GitLab, and Jenkins remains reasonable where existing build logic or infrastructure justifies keeping it.
Do you work with our existing Jenkins setup?
Yes. We improve what you have rather than treating a migration as the goal, unless the setup is genuinely limiting you.
Can you speed up a slow pipeline?
Usually. We profile where the time goes, then address caching, parallelism and test selection before considering more compute.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Handover and enablement are part of the engagement — a pipeline your team cannot maintain is not a finished deliverable.
